Job Description
    The role is responsible for collection calls in our collections department Providing customer service regarding collection issues, resolve client discrepancies and payment adjustments. Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts. Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Collections Department. Meet defined department goals and activity metrics Weekly and monthly reporting to direct supervisor Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts - Customer calls, account adjustments, and reconciliations
